Mr. Baranic is a partner in the law firm of Gattey Baranic llp. Mr. Baranic received his bachelor of arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Law and Society from the University of California, San Diego. He received his juris doctorate from the University of San Diego, School of Law. Mr. Baranic is General Counsel to the four Locals comprising the Southwest Region of the National Border Patrol Council; the American Federation of Teachers Guild, Local 1931 (San Diego Community College District); and the United Faculty of the Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District. In addition to providing regular training seminars to union stewards and representatives for the firm's union clients, Mr. Baranic is also an adjunct professor with the San Diego Community College District's Labor Studies Program where he teaches Labor Law, Collective Bargaining, Negotiations, Grievance Processing and Arbitration Practice.
