James M. Gattey  

    Mr. Gattey is a partner in the law firm of Gattey Baranic llp and has been meeting the legal needs of San Diego area employees for over 40 years. Mr. Gattey received his bachelor of science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and a bachelor of laws from the University of California, Boalt Hall School of Law.

    Mr. Gattey has served as a guest lecturer on numerous occasions for the University of California's Continuing Education of the Bar Program and for Lorman's Legal Education, lecturing before audiences in San Diego, Los Angeles and Orange counties.

    For over ten years, Mr. Gattey also served as an adjunct professor for San Diego State University's Criminal Justice Administration Program and as a Judge Pro Tem for the Municipal Court of the San Diego Judicial District. 

    Mr. Gattey was also an adjunct professor with the San Diego Community College District's Labor Studies Program and an adjunct professor of law at the University of San Diego School of Law teaching Labor Law.
