Mr. Aldrich is an associate in the law firm of Gattey and Baranic,

Mr. Aldrich received his bachelor of arts degree in Communications
with a minor in Law and Society from the
University of
California, San Diego. He received his juris doctorate from
Thomas
Jefferson School of Law.
In addition to providing regular training
seminars to union stewards and representatives for the firm's union
clients, Mr. Aldrich has also served as
an adjunct professor with the San Diego Community College District's
Labor Studies Program where he teaches Labor Law, Collective
Bargaining, Negotiations, Grievance Processing and Arbitration
