In addition to our representation of individuals before local public agencies, such as civil service commissions, we represent government employees before many state and federal level boards and commissions, including the Commission on Teacher Credentialing, Commission on Professional Competence, State Teachers Retirement System Board, Public Employment Relations Board ("PERB"), State Personnel Board ("SPB"), Federal Labor Relations Authority ("FLRA") and Merit Systems Protection Board ("MSPB").

Our firm is counsel to Local 1613 (San Diego, CA), Local 2554 (El Centro, CA) and Local 2595 (Yuma, AZ) of the National Border Patrol Council, which represent more than one-third of all the United States Border Patrol Agents nationwide. We are also counsel to the Department of Defense Police Officers Association (FOP Federal Lodge 12), which represents Department of Defense police officers in the San Diego metropolitan area assigned to the Navy Region Southwest.

The PORAC Legal Defense Fund, which contracts with smaller law enforcement employee associations, routinely request that our firm represent individual members in a variety of cases. We represent these individual law enforcement officers in every aspect of criminal, civil, internal investigative, administrative and disciplinary proceedings.

In addition to our San Diego main office, we maintain a field offices in El Centro, CA and Yuma, AZ to meet the needs of our Imperial Valley and Southern Arizona based clients.
