Education Law

Our firm represents many local organizations associated with the California Federation of Teachers and the American Federation of Teachers, as well as independent employee organizations in the field of education. We represent these organizations in labor negotiations, arbitration hearings, disciplinary appeals, civil litigation and proceedings before the Public Employment Relations Board.  We represent public school employees at all levels of the educational spectrum, including the elementary and high school systems, community college districts, and the California State University and University of California systems.
