In late 2005, we filed a lawsuit against the federal government on behalf of individual Border Patrol agents who were required to work a sixth day (without pay) while training at the academy.

We are also counsel to the Department of Defense Police Officers Association (FOP Federal Lodge 12), which represents Department of Defense police officers in the San Diego metropolitan area assigned to the Navy Region Southwest.

The PORAC Legal Defense Fund, which contracts with smaller law enforcement employee associations, routinely request that our firm represent individual members in a variety of cases.
