6th Day Academy Lawsuit
In late 2005, we filed a lawsuit against the federal government on behalf of individual Border Patrol agents who were required to work a sixth day (without pay) while training at the academy.

If you were a Border Patrol agent trainee and were required to work on the sixth day without pay, contact our office for more information on how to join the lawsuit.
